Who does ZHS Ecom work with?

We work with DTC brands doing $1M to $50M+ a year who want email and SMS to be a real revenue channel. You need existing traffic, real customers, and about 30 to 45 minutes a week to review work.

There are three ways to work with us: we build your flows as a one-time project, we run your campaigns month to month, or we build the plan and hand it to your team. Pick the one that fits where your brand is right now.

What is the ZHS Ecom process?

We run a 4-phase process. Weeks 1-2 are discovery and a full audit of your email program. Weeks 3-4 are strategy and a 90-day roadmap. Execution starts in week 5, when we build flows and campaigns. After that, optimization is ongoing: A/B testing done the right way, monthly reporting, and continuous improvement.

What do you deliver, and what does it cost?

Three ways to work with us: build, manage, or consult.

Flow and automation build. A one-time build of every automated sequence your store needs: your welcome series, cart and checkout abandonment, browse abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and more. Strategy, copy, design, and the full Klaviyo build. Handed off and yours to keep. $5K to $15K, one-time.

Campaign management. We run your ongoing sends. Most clients start with 8 to 16 email campaigns a month plus 1 to 4 SMS, with a monthly calendar, A/B testing, and weekly and monthly reporting. A dedicated team of 4 on your brand, structured as a 3 to 4 month program in quarterly cycles. $4K to $8K per month, or $12K to $24K per quarter.

Consulting (done-with-you). You already have people who can execute. We build a custom plan around your goals, including a full Klaviyo audit and a segmentation and list-hygiene strategy, then hand it to your team to run. One-time, 1 to 3 months. $5K to $20K+.
